Peter I. Foster

Peter I. Foster was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn in London, England in 1983.

He has practiced in St. Lucia continuously from 1983 to the present time and is now the head of one of the largest and leading law firms in St. Lucia. He is the former Mayor of the City of Castries, and Chairman of the Castries City Corporation.

He is also the immediate past Chairman of the Council of the St. Lucia Bureau of Standards, and Director of St. Lucia Electricity Services Company, the sole provider of electrical power in St. Lucia, and was the Chairman of the Governance Committee of the St. Lucia Electricity Board of Directors.

He has acted as a temporary Magistrate on the invitations of the Minister Legal Affairs on three separate occasions. He is the father of three wonderful children Luke, Lauren and Tianah and is an avid fitness enthusiast.
