Christa Anthony

Christa Anthony is an Associate at FOSTERS having joined our legal team in March 2022. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours from the University of the West Indies (UWI), Cave Hill Campus in 2019. During her tenure at the University of the West Indies (UWI), she obtained two scholarships for her Outstanding Academic Achievement, namely, the Canada CARICOM Leadership Scholarships Program and the Telford Georges Memorial Scholarship.

Christa has a strong passion for youth development and in 2018 was elected as the President of UWI STAT Ambassador Corps, a prestigious organization within the campus. She utilized her platform to advocate, train and sensitize the student populace about the 17 sustainable development goals for climate change, gender equality and holistic development. Moreover, she represented the Cave Hill Campus in Jamaica to engage in legislative reform to the constitution.

After leaving her mark on the Cave Hill Campus, she went on the pursue her Legal Education Certificate at the Hugh Wooding Law School (HWLS) in Trinidad & Tobago. While at HWLS she continued representing the OECS student populace by serving twice on the Committee during her law school journey.

Since joining the Firm, Christa has been involved in a number of complex conveyancing, divorce and debt collection matters. She will also be involved in the Firm’s Litigation matters as her legal portfolio continues to expand.

Christa otherwise expresses interest in playing tennis and hiking.
